Renovation project and decor for Antica Trattoria Bellinazzo, Carpi di Villabartolomea (VR)
Tradition and absolute love for food and exquisite ingredients are the trademarks of this trattoria.
We wanted to convey the taste of old-time repeated gestures (food-related or not) and tell a story of authenticity, freshness and handmade creativity. The many shades of colour of some food (mainly eggs) inspired the choice of wall colouring, textiles and decorations (for instance, a play of frames reminding a huge tablecloth on the ceiling of a reception room).
Important original pieces have been restored and used to separate different areas (such as the beautiful, old wooden doors at the entrance).
