Design of a series of living room items for the brand Storie Italiane (work in progress)
The passion for marquetry and the stylized design resulting from the combination of different wood types, naturally treated. The stylization of plants and flowers between the end of 1800s and the early 1900s, with particular reference to Mondrian and Schiele. Wood veneer, essence of drawing. A contemporary reinterpretation of those nervous, passionate lines, always emphasized by an elegant minimalism.
